InStaffs (UK) Limited was set up in 1997 to provide a comprehensive service to businesses seeking to invest or re-invest in Staffordshire

Every member of the InStaffs team is commited to working in partnership with our customers, public & private sector partners and other organisations to deliver a comprehensive package of services.

InStaffs' service goes beyond simply providing information, although we can certainly provide plenty, on subjects such as property & land availability, wage rates, grant support, training, communications and utilities.

However, our ambition is to help with the nitty-gritty of actually setting up your business here. For instance, we can talk to the right people in the local authority and utility companies to make sure things get done when you need them done; we can arrange tours of sites & premises; advise on property prices & trends; and even assist with press & publicity.

Our impressive range of property & relocation expertise is complemented by our close links with the Regional Development Agency, Learning & Skills Council, Chambers of Commerce and Business Link.

We aim to make a difference and make Staffordshire the easiest place in Britain to invest.
